Town Attorney Services

The Town of Leeds, Utah, is seeking a qualified legal professional or firm to provide comprehensive town attorney services. The town requires ongoing legal counsel for the mayor, town council, and staff on a wide range of municipal matters. This role serves to ensure that all local government operations, policies, and decisions comply with state and local laws. The scope of work covers drafting, reviewing, and revising ordinances, resolutions, contracts, policies, and other legal documents. The selected attorney will advise the town on land use, personnel issues, interlocal agreements, and general municipal operations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore providers located within the United States. The performing attorney must conduct the work onsite in Utah.
