Real Estate Strategy and Advisory Services

The Housing Authority of Everett, Washington is seeking a real estate advisor to deliver a portfolio-wide real estate strategy and implementation roadmap. The agency needs to increase organizational revenues to fund critical overhead functions and increase agency cash to meet lender requirements for financial restructuring of existing real estate assets and financing new housing developments. The selected advisor will provide a portfolio strategy with clear asset-level recommendations, a development strategy with prioritized projects, and a feasibility analysis of the agency's 2030 goal. The scope of work also requires financial modeling to support decisions, a sequenced implementation roadmap, an organizational resourcing plan, and ongoing executive advisory services. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
