Managed Print Services

The Canyon, Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to provide managed print services. The agency requires a fleet of new, refurbished, and used multi-function printers to support its daily operations. All requested equipment must be free-standing with a cabinet or cassette pedestal, unless specifically noted as desktop models. The scope of work requires printers equipped with a minimum capacity of 500 sheets for all paper trays. The agency needs devices featuring address book or one-touch functionality for rapid faxing and emailing. The equipment must also support print-to-fax where applicable, scan-to-email, and fax-to-email, folder, or file capabilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the managed print services to occur offsite.
