Portable Toilet Rental and Services, Continuing Services

Leon County in Florida is seeking vendors to provide stationary portable toilet rental and continuing services on a daily, monthly, special event, and emergency response basis. The county requires all units to be equipped with a minimum of two mounted rolls of toilet paper, waterless hand sanitizer, and locking mechanisms operable from the inside. To resolve maintenance issues quickly, the selected vendor must respond within a maximum of two hours to any reported unit tip-over or other rental malfunction, with special event response times established during event coordination. The scope of work requires the removal of all special event equipment within twenty-four hours following the conclusion of any event. The county prohibits the storage of portable units on Leon County property while awaiting future rentals. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The county is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
