Job Search Support (JSS) Services

The WorkSafeBC authority in Richmond, British Columbia is seeking a vendor to deliver job search support services for injured workers. The agency needs to solve the problem of re-integrating injured workers into the workforce through structured, professional guidance. The requested scope of work covers individual job placement, resume and cover letter preparation, job search skills training, and customized rehabilitation plans. The job search skills component must provide injured workers with a comprehensive set of learning modules to fully prepare them for an independent job search. The resume and cover letter preparation service must deliver tailored, professional support to help workers develop high-quality application materials. The agency requires customized rehabilitation plans to address the unique recovery and employment needs of each participant. The agency is limiting eligibility to Canadian organizations only. The selected vendor may perform the contract work either onsite in Richmond or offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
