Detailed Master Plan and Design Services

The government authority in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide detailed master plan and design services. The authority needs to address urban planning, civil engineering, infrastructure and horizontal design, vertical design and implementation, and development advisory and implementation. Additionally, the selected vendor must collaborate with all stakeholders to solicit and compile qualified anchor developers to fund and develop affordable housing, retail or mixed-use space, and potentially a hotel. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The authority requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their pricing proposals as the authority is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. All clarifying questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the authority no later than June 17, 2026. The authority will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to deliver the requested master planning, design, and developer solicitation services.
