Contracted System Administrator Services

The government authority located in Trenton, New Jersey is seeking contracted system administrator services to manage youth care and support services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of coordinating comprehensive care, managing data, and facilitating service access for all youth, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The project covers the administration of a call center with twenty-four-hour, seven-day intake and customer service capability, alongside a mobile-friendly, Americans with Disabilities Act compliant web-based application. The scope of work requires managing care through utilization management, outcomes management, and care coordination. The selected partner must coordinate third-party liability and medical coverages, support the intellectual and developmental disability eligibility application process, and facilitate access to specialized youth services. Additionally, the agency requires data management and business intelligence capabilities that grant real-time access to youth, provider, and statewide management information system data. The administrator must also support care management organizations, wraparound services, intensive mobile treatment services, and mobile response and stabilization services available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals for a contract period that will run for one year.
