Staff Augmentation Project Manager Services

A public college in Texas is seeking staff augmentation project manager services to support comprehensive facilities upgrades and modifications. These services will directly support the college's 2025 Maintenance Tax Note Project. The selected provider will assist the college with project scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiations, and the selection of contractors or trades. The provider must manage project controls, conduct onsite observations, attend meetings, and review contractor pay applications, work changes, amendments, and claims.
