The First 5 California agency is seeking a strategic partner to provide federal advocacy services that support its mission of advancing the healthy development and well-being of children prenatal to age five and their families. The agency needs to protect and advance early childhood policies and investments through federal legislative and budget monitoring, policy analysis, and strategic counsel. The selected partner will build relationships with the California congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies, as well as develop advocacy materials to support these efforts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The scope of work will be performed entirely offsite.
