HR Research and Advisory Services

The Mississippi government authority is seeking a vendor to provide human resources research, diagnostics, and expert advisory support. This initiative aims to improve the overall performance of the human resources department and strengthen its business-aligned strategy. The agency requires a service package that includes one Executive Counselor seat, one Advisory seat, and four Team seats. The scope of work covers access to a dedicated Executive Counselor, annual strategy sessions, advisory-level support, and web-based research and academy resources. The selected vendor must also provide standard diagnostic tools and opportunities for peer forum participation. All work under this contract will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will span a five-year period.
