Enrollment Yield Enhancement and Retention Outreach Services

The College is seeking enrollment yield enhancement and retention outreach services to increase institutional yield and overall enrollment. The agency needs a partner to develop and execute data-informed, scalable multi-channel outreach campaigns that align with institutional enrollment goals. The selected provider must generate enrollment yield from college-provided leads, deliver visualizations of lead conversions, and track progress toward a positive return on investment on a week-to-week basis. The scope of work covers strategic digital or print ad placements, direct outreach via phone calls, text messages, and emails, and the development of segmented communication plans for prospective and current students. The project requires timely follow-up with inquiries, applicants, and admitted students to encourage enrollment and persistence, as well as the capability to run ad hoc campaigns as needed. Performance of the work must occur onsite at the college. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to define the cost of the one-year contract period. Prospective partners must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
