Flood Protection Strategic and Advisory Services

The agency is seeking strategic, technical, and programmatic advisory services to support its overall flood protection mission and goals. The selected vendor will assist the agency in managing, coordinating, and reviewing the work of an external consultant who is currently under contract to complete the Flood Asset Management Plan. Additionally, the agency requires technical and strategic support to evaluate and develop a potential Low Impact Development program strategy. The scope of work covers providing technical and strategic advisory services on flood risk management issues and supporting the development and implementation of flood protection plans, studies, and capital improvement programs. The agency also requires assistance with project scoping, prioritization, budgeting, delivery strategies, and project management support for flood-related projects and programs. The selected vendor must provide subject matter expertise regarding federal and state flood-related policy and regulatory requirements. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
