Grant Writing Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide grant writing services to analyze its capital program and identify potential grant funding sources. The selected vendor must write grant applications once the corresponding Notice of Funding Opportunities are released. The scope of work requires the vendor to perform all services offsite at the vendor's own office location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
