RFI for Conference Hoteling Services

The United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is seeking information to identify potential vendors capable of providing conference hoteling services. The agency requires a partner with in-depth knowledge of T-7 systems and subsystems, or the demonstrated ability to attain this knowledge quickly. This expertise must span general aircraft, avionics and electrical systems, flight technologies, subsystems, engines and propulsion integration, fuel systems, and structures. The selected vendor must possess the ability to obtain minimum data requirements to support the scope of T-7 services. These data requirements include engineering drawings, engineering analyses and models, test and qualification reports, parts lists, and technical orders. The agency also requires the vendor to identify any additional government support necessary to execute these services. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The designated scope of work must occur offsite, requiring the vendor to perform all activities at their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget parameters and has not established a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial request.
