Holiday Decor Rental and Installation Services

The City of Newport Beach, California, is seeking a vendor to provide holiday decor rental and installation services. The agency needs to decorate its local government facility to establish a festive atmosphere for the holiday season. The project requires onsite performance of all installation and rental services. The scope of work covers installing warm-white LED mini lights on five Magnolia trees. The selected contractor must also install nine-foot sections of decorated lighted garland featuring red, silver, and white ornaments, as well as nine-foot sections of unlighted red and silver garland. Additionally, the agency requires the installation of approximately twenty feet of lighted commercial garland around the exterior walkway building posts. Decorations also include a thirty-six-inch commercial lighted wreath decorated with silver, white, and red ornaments. The contractor must provide and install a sixty-inch unlighted decorated wreath featuring an attached sixty-inch red bow. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
