Land Mobile Radio System Rental and Support Services

The Clarkstown Central School District in New City, New York is seeking a vendor to provide land mobile radio system rental and support services. The agency requires a reliable communications solution to support daily transportation operations, extracurricular transportation activities, and operational communications across the district's entire transportation coverage area. This system must include all equipment, airtime, programming, maintenance, technical support, installation, and related operational services necessary to deliver a fully functional radio communications system. The scope of work covers wide-area trunked radio communications, automatic roaming between sites, individual radio identification, and group communication capability. The requested system must also support dispatch communication functionality, lost or stolen radio deactivation capability, mobile and portable radio support, smartphone push-to-talk integration, and manufacturer-supported digital radio technology.
