Signage Design Installation Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide signage design and installation services for school signage projects. The project aims to solve safety and placemaking challenges around schools by utilizing participatory engagement strategies that involve students, faculty, and community stakeholders. The selected vendor must develop schematic designs for a school signage element program, which may encompass the broader community and utilize crosswalks, speed limit signs, and other traffic calming measures. The scope of work requires assisting community stakeholders in conceptualizing specific safety and placemaking signage elements. To achieve this, the vendor must participate in two project steering committee meetings, which includes one site walk. The vendor will also perform design development for the school signage and placemaking improvements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled a pre-proposal meeting for June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
