Paid Youth Internship Pilot Project Service

The New Mexico government authority is seeking a vendor to develop, coordinate, and administer a paid youth internship pilot project. The agency is trying to establish a structured program that provides internship opportunities for youth, facilitates employer engagement, and delivers participant support services. The selected contractor will manage the recruitment, eligibility verification, and onboarding of interns, as well as the recruitment, vetting, and execution of supervision agreements with employers. The scope of work covers the payment of wages or stipends to interns and the delivery of required support services, orientation, and job readiness training. The contractor must coordinate with state workforce and education systems to ensure participant success and handle all required reporting. Performance of the contract work will take place offsite over a three-year period. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
