Vehicle Destruction Services

The Indianapolis fleet services and maintenance leadership is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle destruction services. The agency requires the selected vendor to coordinate and schedule the pickup of each vehicle designated for destruction. The performance of all destruction work must take place offsite. The agency is limiting eligibility to United States organizations only. The contract period for these services will span one year. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the work. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids and the ability to meet the offsite destruction requirements.
