The government authority located in New York is seeking a vendor to manage and operate a year-round market and hospitality sub concession. The agency wants to create a successful sub concession that enhances the atmosphere of the vibrant neighborhood. To support this goal, the agency requires marketing and promotional support, special event coordination, and technology solutions for sub concession management. The selected operator must develop and operate a direct sub concession operation within the scope of the sublicense agreement and execute written agreements with all third-party operators. The scope of work includes identifying, soliciting, and recruiting third-party merchandise, experiential programming, and food and beverage operators. The agency also requires operational oversight during sub concession operations to verify and ensure that all operations maintain standards. The agency requires the vendor to handle financial administration and recordkeeping by maintaining comprehensive records for all operations, including documentation of permits, participation fees, revenue share arrangements, and other financial obligations. The operator must also manage payment processing by collecting all revenues and other fees due under operator agreements and ensuring remittance of all net revenues in accordance with payment schedules. Only onshore organizations from the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. The agency has scheduled the deadline for submitting questions for June 12, 2026.
