Plan Admin, Recordkeeping and Participant Deferred Compensation Plan Service

The Travis County, Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to provide plan administration, recordkeeping, and participant deferred compensation plan services. The agency aims to offer eligible employees a mechanism for long-term retirement savings accumulation through individual participant accounts and their subsequent investment results. To meet the investment needs of plan participants, the agency requires investment offerings across various asset classes, which may include mutual funds, variable annuity separate accounts, collective trusts, or other legally permitted investments. The scope of work includes providing a menu of investment options that allows participants to construct portfolios tailored to their unique circumstances, goals, time horizons, and risk tolerances. The plan may also incorporate managed account services to assist participants in making appropriate investment decisions. These services may be delivered through an independent investment advisor, target date mutual funds, or target risk mutual funds. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year.
