School Photography Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide school photography services for approximately 20,000 students and staff members across all agency schools. The selected photographer must furnish all parent-facing informational materials as requested by each building principal. All photos must be unconditionally guaranteed, and the photographer must return at a later date for retakes at no additional cost. The scope of work requires retake photos to be uniform with similar head sizes, centering, and background. The photographer must handle all reorders directly through directions included in the picture envelope, and partial packages may not be sent to the school. Students who paid but did not receive a package will have their pictures taken on retake day. The photographer must provide staff identification badges for all agency staff, printed onsite on the day of the event. The agency requires the photographer to use equipment that automatically centers the subject and adjusts for head size and skin tone. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work must occur onsite. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity.
