Translation of Forms, Publications, and Web Content Service

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide translation services for forms, publications, special notices, email blasts, web pages, scripts, and other essential documents. These translation services will cover multiple languages identified through the statewide language survey, spanning both print and non-print projects. The project covers translation, typesetting, and desktop publishing for various publications, including pamphlets, brochures, forms, posters, phone scripts, video scripts, advertisements, news releases, leaflets, letters, PowerPoint slides, social media posts, and video subtitles. The contractor must utilize a computer-aided translation tool or translation memory system that successfully processes translations within HTML and SRT files and exports them to XML. Bidders must provide copies of language certifications from the American Translators Association for translators assigned to translate documents from English into Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, and any other requested language. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and the work may be performed either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 04, 2026, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. The agency will submit the Intent to Award no later than June 15, 2026.
