Grant Writing, Grant Administration and Funding Strategies Services

The Port is seeking a vendor to provide grant writing, grant administration, and funding strategies services. The selected partner will collaborate with Port Executive leadership to develop funding strategies for Port priorities, including capital projects. The agency needs to solve the challenge of identifying and securing external funding by researching grant opportunities from both government and nongovernment agencies. The scope of work requires the vendor to complete and submit grant proposals and applications directly to granting organizations. Additionally, the agency requires comprehensive grant management services, which include completing reports, submitting reimbursement requests, ensuring grant compliance, and handling all associated correspondence. The vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 9, 2026.
