Stenographic and Electronic-Digital Court Reporting Services

The Ohio government authority is seeking stenographic and electronic-digital court reporting services for various legal proceedings. The agency requires these services for adjudicatory hearings, public hearings, and judicial hearings. To solve their record-keeping needs, the agency requires the selected contractor to maintain hearing record notes, stenotype tapes, electronic and digital tapes, recordings, and other transcription source documents for at least five years. The scope of work covers both stenographic and electronic-digital court reporting methods. The agency requires the use of multiple channel recording equipment with the capability to play back any recording for immediate review during a proceeding. All transcripts and condensed transcripts, which must feature four pages of transcription on a single page, must include a word index of all words used, excluding common words like "and" or "the." Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
