Document Scanning and Indexing Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide document scanning and indexing services for approximately 174 volumes of records. The project requires the selected vendor to produce 300 DPI Group IV TIFF images and resize those images to a height of 11 inches. The vendor must index the records by a book and year structure, conduct one hundred percent quality control, and provide exception reporting. The scope of work also includes providing Laserfiche and TriMin exports of the completed files. The vendor must securely transport the physical records to an offsite location, as the performance of all work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
