Climate Action Plan Development Service

The selected partner will manage project coordination, review similar climate action plans, and evaluate existing local plans. Additionally, the scope of work requires the creation of a community engagement plan designed to gather feedback on analysis, alternatives, and decisions, while assessing opportunities for greater collective community climate action. The provider must also develop a draft vision and goals statement to guide the overall plan development effort. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal.
