Federal and State Technology Partnership Program Services

The Small Business Administration is seeking a vendor to provide Federal and State Technology Partnership Program services in Washington, DC. The selected vendor must support entrepreneurs and startups through custom programs and services that improve proposal development and team creation. Additionally, the agency requires the vendor to make grants or loans to applicants to cover proposal development costs, conference attendance, and phase-bridging gaps. The vendor must also increase the pipeline of applicants through targeted trainings and stakeholder engagement while building the capacity of partner organizations and support personnel. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency allows the selected vendor to perform all work offsite and requires digital submission of proposals via email or online.
