Bond Program Management Services

The Richardson Independent School District, a government authority located in Richardson, Texas, is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive bond program management services for its recently approved 1.4 billion dollar bond program. The agency needs to manage a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at upgrading its educational and support infrastructure. This initiative addresses the agency's requirement for professional oversight to successfully execute large-scale capital improvements across its facilities. The scope of work covers construction administration and program management services for various identified projects. These projects include new construction, additions, renovations, safety and security enhancements, infrastructure and critical systems upgrades, and athletic and fine arts improvements. Additional assignments may encompass deferred maintenance programs, transportation facilities, technology infrastructure, support facilities, land development, facility assessments, demographic planning, master planning, and other capital or operational initiatives. Eligible bidders must have proven project delivery excellence in K-12 bond program delivery and must perform all work onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to establish the budget for these services, which will be performed offsite. The initial contract period will span one year, and the agency requires all questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.
