The City of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, requires comprehensive municipal legal services to support its ongoing operations. This partner will address legal challenges across human resources, employment, labour relations, and executive employment agreements, including severance and workplace investigations. The scope of work covers planning, development, engineering, and land use matters, as well as bylaw enforcement and policing services governance. The selected legal provider will also deliver statutory advice, administrative law guidance, and municipal governance interpretation. Additionally, the agency requires legal support regarding finance, taxation, and general administration. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations. The agency expects the selected provider to perform all legal work offsite.
