Ticketing Sales and Operations Service

The agency is seeking a third-party company to secure the rights to hire and support a head of ticketing sales and operations. This hired leader will serve as the Assistant Athletic Director or Director of Ticketing, overseeing two current full-time ticketing staff members. The designated leader will manage ticket sales, marketing, fan engagement, ticket operations, financial oversight, reporting, staff leadership, and cross-department coordination. Additional responsibilities include customer service, community relations, and administrative compliance. The agency requires all performance of work to occur onsite. Only organizations based onshore within the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of three years.
