Event Management, Planning and Organization Service

Travel Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event management, planning, and organization services. The agency needs end-to-end support to deliver fully integrated planning, execution, and reporting across a range of event types, from small stakeholder meetings to large-scale international marketplaces and missions. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of managing diverse group events, including workshops, stakeholder engagements, conferences, and partner events, while ensuring strategic alignment to market priorities and measurable project governance. The scope of work covers event planning and coordination, logistics management, venue sourcing, program design, and on-site event support. The selected vendor must also manage supplier coordination, audio-visual and production support, registration management, participant and stakeholder relations, and post-event reporting. The agency requires strong project governance with clear timelines, budgets, and risk management throughout the contract. Bidders must be located onshore within Canada to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place both offsite and onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set a one-year contract period for these services.
