The agency wants to strengthen the competitiveness, export readiness, and market integration capacity of selected small and medium enterprises. This initiative aims to help these businesses effectively engage in trade and business partnerships with Japanese enterprises and access emerging regional and global market opportunities. The selected provider must design and deliver tailored capacity-building programmes, training sessions, mentorship, and coaching. The scope of work requires providing technical advisory and hands-on business support services to improve productivity, operational efficiency, competitiveness, and market compliance. Additionally, the provider must support selected enterprises to develop or refine export strategies, market entry plans, company profiles, pitch decks, and investment-ready business documentation. The agency requires the provider to track business progress, performance improvements, partnership opportunities, and market engagement outcomes throughout the assignment. Only onshore organizations based in Sierra Leone are eligible to apply for this opportunity. The performance of the contract will take place offsite, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the financial framework.
