The City College is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive government relations, legislative advisory, policy consulting, and strategic advocacy services. The college needs to solve the challenge of tracking and influencing local, state, and federal matters that impact its institutional initiatives and legislative priorities. The scope of work covers legislative monitoring, policy analysis, reporting, and the development of legislative strategies, policy recommendations, briefing materials, and executive summaries. Additionally, the selected vendor must handle legislative education, representation, bill filings, amendments, and strategic recommendations for both interim and future legislative cycles. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The college requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The college is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The contract period will span three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
