Strategic Planning Consultant Services

The County is seeking strategic planning consultant services to increase efficiency and effectiveness across its departments. The selected partner must develop and present recommendations for appropriate policies and programs that streamline tasks and promote internal economies among department heads and managers. Additionally, the agency requires the development of proposals and mechanisms to acquire alternative financial resources for County quality and productivity programs. The scope of work also includes promoting, publicizing, and sponsoring County quality and productivity projects, employee participation, training, networking events, conferences, and recognition ceremonies. The contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The County is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026.
