Public Engagement Consultant Service

The agency is seeking a public engagement consultant to design and execute a comprehensive outreach program. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of effectively informing and involving the public through a structured public engagement plan, public engagement events, community surveys, and a final public engagement report. The agency requires a partner to facilitate the placement of upcoming events and surveys in social media and local community or municipal calendars. The scope of work covers creating and distributing invitations, including flyers translated into Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Haitian Creole, Bengali, Korean, Yiddish, Italian, Arabic, Polish, French, and Urdu, for digital or physical distribution. The selected partner must provide and staff a telephone hotline and email address to share information about regional events with interested parties. Responsibilities also include managing invitations, tracking responses, conducting follow-up calls, securing presentation equipment, providing call-in numbers, and setting up Webex or live streaming capabilities. The agency requires the consultant to handle the physical setup and breakdown of each event while tracking attendance and managing time to ensure punctuality. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the selected partner to perform the work offsite over a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
