Professional General and Forensic Photography Services

The County is seeking professional general and forensic photography services to support its official operations. The agency needs a contractor to take photographs, make video recordings, and provide prints, color prints, and videos in the quantities and sizes required by users. The selected provider must also maintain secure, protected, and environmentally controlled archival files of negatives, digital images, and videos made on behalf of the County. The scope of work includes rendering advice, opinions, court testimony, and other related assistance relevant to the photographic services. Bidders must designate a primary and a back-up color processing laboratory acceptable to the County to provide film, photo, scan, and video processing services. The agency requires all services to be performed in a prompt, timely, and professional manner in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards to avoid delaying County operations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work may be performed onsite or offsite. The County is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital submission via email or online.
