RFI for Strategic Planning and Medical Support Service

The Army is seeking strategic planning and medical support services to assist the command in providing command and control over daily operations supporting Joint Warfighters across the full spectrum of land operations. The agency needs to solve the problem of analyzing, reviewing, and providing impact assessments for Army strategic planning and medical operations policies. The scope of work requires the contractor to collect data from the medical field and transform that data into briefings and information papers. The project covers operations research systems analysis, medical logistics analysis, enterprise resource planning, supply chain strategy, and strategic war plans. Bidders must provide personnel with the capability to write, understand, interpret, and communicate war planning strategies and medical logistics policies from the strategic level. The agency requires personnel who are knowledgeable with Army enterprise resource planning systems, possess expertise in Logistics Modernization Program functionality at wholesale through tactical levels, understand information technology systems, and have experience briefing at the four-star level. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and key dates are not specified in the request.
