American Sign Language Interpretation Service

The university is seeking a vendor to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services to eligible Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. The institution needs to facilitate effective communication and remove barriers to access in academic classrooms, laboratories, and other university settings. This service requires accurately interpreting spoken language into ASL and vice versa to ensure all information, discussions, and instructions are accessible to the students. The scope of work also covers providing ASL interpreting services for some university-wide events. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The university is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
