RFI for Digitization Services

The agency is seeking on-site digitization services for approximately 2,000 boxes of both classified and unclassified federal paper records. This large-scale digitization project serves as a critical prerequisite for the agency to achieve full electronic records management and leverage advanced functionalities such as artificial intelligence-driven analysis. The primary objective is to convert these physical records into digital formats to enable electronic records management integration and data delivery. The scope of work covers document preparation, scanning, quality control, indexing, and data delivery. All performance of the work must take place on-site at the agency facility. Bidders must provide examples of their adherence to image quality, file format, and metadata requirements within their responses. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
