Behavioral Health Coordinated Access Model Services

The Pinellas County government authority in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide behavioral health coordinated access model services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing and streamlining behavioral health intakes, assessments, and scheduling through a centralized system. The selected provider will supply clinical staffing, administrative leadership, and program management to handle inquiries across multiple channels including phone, text, chat, and email. The scope of work requires the vendor to utilize the county's portable vanity telephone number and active web address for all intakes and information gathering. Staff must utilize the county's designated platform for information collection, assessment, appointment booking, system-level analytics, and data sharing. The provider must prioritize urgent calls and contacts from referral sources such as 911, emergency medical services, the sheriff's department, and local law enforcement in the telephonic caller queue. The project also covers provider and referrer outreach, recruitment, and marketing support to increase program utilization. The vendor will collaborate with county marketing staff and third-party vendors by serving as subject matter experts, speaking at events, and representing the program locally. Performance of the contract work will take place offsite over a three-year contract period. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must possess the financial resources, staff, and organizational structure sufficient to support these operations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online.
