Cross-Connection Hazard Assessment, Incident Investigation and Corrective Action Services

The County of San Diego, California is seeking a contractor to provide cross-connection hazard assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action services. The agency needs to update its cross-connection control database and requires as-needed support for incident investigations and corrective actions. To ensure rapid response to emergencies, the contractor must provide the County Authorized Representative with after-hours and emergency phone contact numbers. The scope of work requires the contractor to respond to after-hours and emergency callouts by telephone within sixty minutes. All contracted services will be performed offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
