Group Vision Benefits Plan Services

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a vendor to provide group vision benefits plan services to judges, justices, management confidential and other unrepresented employees, retirees, and their dependents. The agency requires a partner to manage comprehensive vision plan administration, including claims processing and member customer service. The selected provider must perform all claims processing within the contiguous United States. The scope of work requires the provider to maintain a nationwide toll-free number to service program members. The agency requires an integrated customer service system that allows representatives to log and track all enrollee calls, creating a permanent record of the contact, call type, actions, and resolutions. Customer service representatives and supervisors must be available, at a minimum, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding court-observed legal holidays, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Eligibility is restricted to United States organizations, and the provider must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 3, 2026.
