Paper to Digital Document Conversion Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide paper to digital document conversion services to preserve and modernize its physical records. The project requires scanning approximately 174 volumes and producing 300 DPI Group IV TIFF images. The selected vendor must resize the scanned images to an 11-inch height and index the records using a book and year structure. The scope of work includes providing Laserfiche and TriMin exports of the processed data. The agency requires 100 percent quality control, exception reporting, and secure transportation of the physical records. Performance of the work will take place offsite at the vendor's facility.
