Document Scanning and Indexing Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive document scanning and indexing services for approximately 174 volumes. The selected provider must scan these volumes to produce 300 DPI Group IV TIFF images and resize all images to an eleven-inch height. Additionally, the project requires indexing the records by a book and year structure, performing one hundred percent quality control, and providing exception reporting. The vendor must deliver the final outputs as Laserfiche and TriMin exports to integrate with the agency's systems. The scope of work also includes the secure transportation of the physical records to and from the offsite performance location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
