Property Tax Notice Printing Services

The Finance and Revenue Department is seeking a vendor to print and mail approximately 75,000 property tax statements. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of designing, proofing, and distributing two distinct tax forms for real and personal taxes, along with all associated mailing envelopes. To ensure timely delivery, the selected vendor must possess the capacity to produce in excess of 1,000 notices per minute. The scope of work requires the coordination and design of 8.5-inch by 11-inch forms on 60-pound white paper, featuring multi-color printing on both the front and back, as well as a perforated one-third page stub. The agency requires the grouping of multiple tax bills for individual taxpayers, accompanied by reports on totals prior to the mailing process. Additionally, the vendor must provide PDF documents of the mailed property tax notices within 10 business days of mailing. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work must take place onsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project, and bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online.
