Statewide Training Services

The scope of work covers venue selection and management, agenda development, program coordination, and speaker coordination. The selected vendor must also manage participant registration and communication, graphic design, branding, and the printing of participant materials. Additionally, the agency requires coordination of swag bags, promotional items, food and beverage services, and event décor and setup. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform the work onsite in Mississippi. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals to determine the project cost.
