Mid Year Instructional and Paper Service

The Utah State Board of Education is seeking a vendor to provide mid-year instructional and paper services on an as-needed basis. The agency requires these services to support its ongoing educational operations throughout the middle of the academic year. Performance of all contracted work must take place offsite. Only organizations based within the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is requesting budget proposals from interested bidders to determine the cost of the services. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 17, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids and qualifications to determine the best value for the state.
