Annual Giving Direct Mail Service

The government authority located in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide annual giving direct mail services for annual appeals. The agency requires all products to be created within the United States of America. The selected supplier must have the capability to provide proofs six to eight days in advance of each mailing. The scope of work covers direct mail setup and formatting for various campaigns. Each bid part and individual job may feature different carrier envelopes, letterhead, letter text, signature graphics, and variable fields. The agency is requesting that the performance of all work be conducted offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
