Printing and Mailing Services

The Mississippi Department of Employment Security in Jackson, Mississippi is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive design, print, and direct mail services. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of managing mass mail-outs, which includes designing, printing, labeling, sorting, and bulk mailing. This project requires a partner to handle the secure printing and mailing of Unemployment Insurance checks, forms, reports, and on-demand ad hoc prints such as stuffers, labels, calendars, catalogs, guides, brochures, and booklets in both black and white and color. The scope of work also covers programming services to process application data files to meet or exceed current printing and mailing standards. Bidders must perform all work offsite. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services, as no set budget is provided in the solicitation.
